Monthly digest
The FLBoatingHub monthly
One email a month, written for Florida boaters who actually get on the water. A featured ramp or stretch of coast, one tide-planning lesson you can use, a species note for the season, a safety or weather reminder, and what changed on the site. That's it.
Preparing for launch
The monthly isn't sending yet — we're building the list first so the first issue goes to people who actually asked for it. Add your name below and you'll get issue #1 when it goes out.
What's in each issue
- Featured ramp or area. One launch worth the drive, with what to expect at the ramp and where the water goes from there.
- Tide-planning lesson. A single, concrete idea — reading a window, why the second low matters on the flats, when to skip a pass — tied to a real station.
- Species note. What's moving this month and the current FWC rule worth double-checking before you keep one.
- Safety or weather reminder. Short and seasonal: storm timing in summer, cold fronts and small-craft days in winter.
- Site updates. New ramps, new guides, and anything we fixed.
What it isn't
The monthly is a planning read, not a live service. It won't send real-time alerts, storm warnings, or personalized routes, and it will never be a substitute for official forecasts, nautical charts, or your own eyes on the water. If you need conditions right now, use the live radar and the tide charts.
Get on the list
There's no signup form yet — on purpose. Email us and you're on it:
We'll only use your address to send the monthly. No sharing, no selling, and every issue will have a one-click way out. See the privacy policy.
While you wait: plan a trip with the tide-timed trip planner, or read the beginner's guide to boating in Florida.
