FLBoatingHub is a free public resource. Here's an honest look at how the site is funded today and what might change in the future.

Today: unmonetized

The site is currently run at the owner's expense. There are no advertisements, no sponsored content, no affiliate links, and no paid placements. Every ramp, tide station, and city guide is included based on editorial judgment about what's useful to Florida boaters — nothing more.

What we might add later

To keep the site sustainable as it grows, we may eventually introduce one or both of the following:

• Affiliate links on gear-related pages (for example, Amazon Associates), where clicking a product link may earn the site a small commission at no extra cost to you.
• Display advertising through a reputable ad network, if traffic qualifies.

If either is added, this page will be updated with specifics, affected pages will carry a clear disclosure at the top, and the privacy policy will be revised accordingly — before anything goes live.

Our editorial standard

Regardless of how the site is funded, recommendations will always be based on what genuinely holds up in Florida conditions — salt, sun, shallow water, and afternoon thunderstorms. Earning a commission will never change what we recommend.
